"Absolutely rude staff. They will never put you with who you ask for and lie about not knowing. Had an appointment at 3 and it’s 5:30, still haven’t been called back. Had numerous bad experiences here but this is the last straw."
"I have never received such bad service from the nurses or medical assistant first off I waited in the waiting room for a hour and then second off I got called back the room where I waited another 1 and 15 min to be see and me and Brandi was suppose to see at the same time cause she wanted to get her refills and have a growth removed of her leg and only wanted to see doctor Stan instead the nurse practioner call her in another room and said she couldn't see dr Stan that why we waited until Monday instead of seeing the nurse practioner last week on friday we could of came last week to see her and so by time she seen her she had a yeast infection and couldn't pee and also she just came from tlc where she had to pee there and doctor Stan say he usually gets the records from there and then her insurance was charged for a visit yesterday and see didn't even get to see the doctor for refills or to see if he can remove the growth spot on her leg so it made her embarrassed after I was told she had a yeast infection by the medical assistant that she didn't want me to know about she wouldn't even come back in office and sat in my truck for over 2 hours in the heat of 96 degrees there and she wanted to find a new doctor office after we had been coming there for years we wasn't very happy with service we received and we have always loved doctor stan but it was very disorganized and"
"I've been going here for the past 5 years and it's gone downhill, they keep taking in more new clients than what they can handle. And they keep changing staff around because they can't keep anybody. Much better to go somewhere else to get a good doctor with good staff to work with."
"If i could give 0 stars I would. I was a patient at this clinic for over 5yrs. Always loved the Dr's The rest of the staff are the most incompetent, rude people I've ever seen. I finally found a new Dr. After waiting, numerous times in the exam room for HOURS. Also, every time I'd really start getting somewhere with one of the Dr's, they would all of a sudden disappear. I'd ask about them, and get no answer from the staff. If you schedule something here, I hope you have at least 4 hours to waste!"
"I can only blame myself for not reading the basic Google reviews. I read the medical reviews only and foolishly booked a new patient appointment. We went to the 12PM appointment early. We completed eight pages of paperwork and noticed three other folks in the lobby, and they were PISSED. I overheard one of them ask, "How long have YOU been in here?" It was like an old prison movie. "I have been in for an hour and a half." The friendly black gentleman answered. My wife and I waited uncomfortably and watched other prisoners approach the window to ask about the wait. One by one, people were upset by the long wait. The veteran prisoner suggested I talk to the receptionist about the policy, and the receptionist told me that a ONE HOUR WAIT WAS NORMAL. I asked her to shred my paperwork and cancel my appointment. I will resume my search for a qualified doctor without the same waiting room/scheduling horror stories."
