"After struggling with years of infertility, my husband and I reached out to Erica for another opinion and assistance. This review alone can't say enough wonderful things about Erica and her services. Since the day we reached out, Erica has been so supportive and engaged in our journey to start a family. Whether it was a text to check in on us or her listening and providing advice as we went along. She has the most welcoming and positive personality, her knowledge and advice is above and beyond some advice we received inside fertility clinics. Fertility issues are so stressful and I always left her office feeling comforted and like I was on the right path - from the advice, reviews of bloodwork, or discussion on next steps/schedule ahead. I would also feel an improvement with my body from the mobilization exercises. We first met with Erica after two rounds of IVF completion and no success to start a more holistic journey and try to uncover what was going on with our bodies. "I had a great experience with Erica at Empauer Women’s Health and Wellness. My husband and I were trying for our third baby back in 2022, and things were just not as easy for us this time around. My hormones were unbalanced, I was experiencing pelvic pain and seeing multiple pelvic floor therapist because of it- let’s just say- living the life as a woman can be very tough. Each month brought new surprises and I saw around 10+ gynecologist. Each one tried to tell me “everything’s fine it’s all in your head”. It was terrible. Eventually one day my mom texted me about Erica. After a few months of negative pregnancy tests, I decided to give her a try! Erica listened to my history, took every word I said seriously, and offered her professional opinion. The therapy she provided was comforting and it made us very hopeful for a baby! I saw Erica for ONE MONTH and received a positive pregnancy test the following cycle. Talk about amazing. She was just what my body needed. 9 months later, after my baby was born, she followed up with me for some postpartum pelvic floor care. She helped my body get back to a good state of health after having a baby. I always looked forward to my appointments. "Erica at Empauer is so knowledgeable and passionate about pelvic floor care. I went to see her after having a c-section and after just one visit I felt so much relief in my hips, I couldn’t wait to go back the following week. I didn’t realize how tight my hips were until I walked out without tension after the first appointment. She also taught me how to massage my scar to promote healing along with stretches and exercises to do. I highly recommended her services for anyone wanting any kind of pelvic floor help. "After having a child, incontinence was keeping me from enjoying exercising like I wanted to. After finally scheduling a consultation with Erica, she quickly identified the issue and worked to relieve tension and strength my pelvic floor. We focused on breathing and stretches I could incorporate into my daily routine. After 6 sessions, I was enjoying a 4 mile run with no problems. We were even blessed to find out we were expecting 3 months after finishing treatment. I’m confident her therapy set us up for a healthy pregnancy.
