"I have a PO Box here and have never missed a piece of mail. The regular staff here are cool. The lines can be a bit long, but mainly because it's a small office with only a couple people working there. Perhaps the USPS could put a self service kiosk there for all of the people who have to have the clerks do everything for them? For what these guys have to work with, they do a great job."
