"We’ve been waiting 45 minutes for a shuttle to Covington that supposedly runs every 15 minutes. It’s 40 minutes after the end of the Red’s game and no shuttle!! Shame on you, Cincy!!!"
"Nice transit system. They have a ticketing app for convenience. The transit hub in Covington has some vending machines, benches, and is quiet. It's attached to a parking lot in a safe, quiet area. It has good lighting at night. The dozen different bus trips I've been on have all had very friendly drivers and been very safe."
"5 star experience with TANK. So grateful for their bus service to the Taylor Swift concert. It was well organized and professional. You are passionate about public transit and it shows. Thank you!"
"Out of the weather. All schedules are here. Bathroom available most of the time. Benches available without people begging for money or cigarettes. Separate area for smoking. It's nicer than sitting outside"
"Tank has really been a staple of the region as public transit. since they revised their system on February 1st,2021 I have had mixed experience with service. They have taken a lot of input from riders which I appreciated . Unfortunately If you have a job or have childcare and use the bus, be sure to be at your bus stop 15 minutes early and be willing to wait 20minutes after the time on the printed schedules. This very rarely happens, and the seasoned drivers are excellent. The seven and the twelve mostly. There has been buzz about TANK merging with METRO in some way. I just hope we don't have to pool the drivers, they tend to be unpleasant from across the water."
