"I ride the 8 and I don't know what is wrong with drivers but they are always running late. And when the drivers are late they speed like crazy and alot of the Tank drivers are very rude. There is one driver I stop speaking too because he refuse to respond when people speak to him. He usually drives the three, when I see him, I won't even get on the bus. I get people have bad days but it seems like the tank drivers have bad days everyday."

"Being a bus driver can be hard. It's not their fault they are late because of a traffic accident, people taking their time when sitting down, terrible lights, weather, people not having their fare ready, detours, heavy traffic, etc."

"I have been using the 17X bus service for over a year because it is so affordable. However, there have been numerous times recently when the bus has been running late. Additionally, on more than one occasion the bus driver has taken the wrong exit. And today, for the second time, the bus skipped the bus stop entirely. I had to wait for the next bus, which incidentally was also running late. I want to keep using TANK, but if it is going to add an hour to my travel time, I’m going to have to look for other options."
