"The trip to Chicago was great even if it was at the wee hours of the morning, and the museum is also great! Please visit it. Amtrak staff are friendly. Also, get the canned coffee from the vending machine."
"Absolutely beautiful art deco historic train station, the Cincinnati historical society offers free tours, we got to see some behind the scenes of the train station it was amazing"
"Train stations are beautiful, particularly in Europe. I've been to Rome's Termini and London's Paddington and Kansas City's Union Station. New York of course has Penn Station and Grand Central. So it's not unexpected to find a stunning structure here in Cincinnati. Art Deco lines throughout, whether it's the main design of the building from the front, the beautiful rotunda, the little points here and there. I wasn't visiting the Historical Museum or the Science Museum, just here to see this amazing building, hang out for a bit in the cafe and then head onwards. It's well worth the stop just for that even if the parking is $8."
"Beautiful Station in Design and History! Absolutely Beautiful architecture! Just odd hours of Operation: Wednesday thru Monday, 12AM thru 4AM, just to service the few Amtrak Cardinal trains that come through Cincinatti at 1:41am (to Chicago) and 3:17am (heading East). Security may halt you from entering the station until Covid Cleaning is done (we got here at 9:30pm, would not let us in until 11:30pm)"
"Just passing through, very cool to visit. Many options for pull through parking, you do have to pay after 30 minutes and it’s metered with an arm so I don’t recommend the parking lot with a camper in tow. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The art is absolutely amazing inside and it’s a beautiful building to just be inside of."
