Reviews
"Hours are all over the place. They tell you one thing over the phone and it’s a different story when you actually get there. Nobody is on the same page."
"Guy working was extremely rude. If you don’t like your job quit. Also charging random extra fees from what was showed online. Glad the Cincinnati police are using a company that’s just making it up as they go along. 0 stars"
"My boyfriend’s car was towed on a Saturday night at 11:30 pm in a random spot with 11p-5a towing hours. All the other cars in the same spaces only got tickets. Online it clearly says they’re closed on Sundays. We come first thing Monday morning and find out he’s getting charged another $30 for it being there on Sunday, even though everything online says they’re closed. Stupid that the car was towed in the first place while all the other cars got tickets and information online was wrong and he got charged even more for that. Fix your online information so people don’t have to pay even more outrageous prices. Not everyone can drop almost $300+ on a dime for an honest mistake that was only 30 mins over the time for towing. The woman at the office was kind, but it definitely doesn’t make up for all of the ridiculousness leading up to getting the car back."
