"On 05/19/21 My sister locked her car keys in her car and I called the fire department and they were there in about 5-10 mins, a lot faster than AAA’s time frame. When the men arrived they were very jolly and happy to help with good energy. Thank you so much we appreciate you !"
"First I would like to thank and commend the firefighters who put their lives on the line every day to save the lives of others. I have called twice for emergency service for my mom . Both times I was very pleased with the outstanding service she received. All the firefighters gave my mom special attention. They were prompt, kind, and thoughtful. I remember when my elderly mom was very scared . Tony literally knelt down on his knees and spoke to my mom eye to eye. That showed me a certain respect knowing that he was talking and explaining everything to my mom like he would his own family. Thanks again to firehouse 24 for all your hard work and outstanding service!!!!!"
"Engine Co. 24 is the best and busiest in the city. I witnessed them stop a drunk driver as they were driving up St. Lawrence hill by Rosemont. They're very professional and courteous. And if you catch them outside the fire house, they're very personable."
"This Station 24 is a joke. I had to call 911 twice to get help. First time they came they said that they cant help me and will not take me to hospital. Twice time i call. The Firefighter was very rude and they take me to Mercy Health West Hospital. When their i found out that I did have a major Issue and they did emergency surgery on me. Me, Mercy Health West Hospital, Caresoucre did file complaint against this station."
