Thanks for not having to answer a long list of questions and then be transferred just to be disconnected and lost in the shuffle."

"VERY DECEITFUL COMPANY! I purchased a product from Medical Test Systems through Amazon. The description was completely false as it indicates it can be used for multiple testing including hemoglobin but when I received it, the monitor only tests for glucose levels. I contacted the seller but only received an extremely hateful response stating that the description does Not indicate it tests for hgb- which is inaccurate. I returned the product which was a big hassle - can only be returned through Whole Foods. Then, on top of all that they only refunded half the purchase price. They said there was a restocking fee - which is not indicated on the site when you purchase the product. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY. If you do, make sure you ask questions before you buy so you don't have any issues. Nothing but scammers."
