"I wish I could give this place a 0!! I rented from them a few years back and my unit was robbed by the employees. The only reason I know it was them is because they cut off my lock and their lock was was in it's place. So I did get behind in my payment and I'm thinking that is why they cut my lock off & to rob me!! Well when I went to get caught up I noticed their lock was on my unit. When I had them remove it and I opened the door my lock was on the floor inside the unit cut. ..and the only items left in there was my bedroom furniture. And a few other random pieces of furniture. Everything else was gone. I had a trunk full of family photos and sentimental items from my son who had passed away. TVs and surround sound. My sewing machine All my Christmas decor was gone. Just everything that was in boxes or smaller easy to steal items were all gone. I LOST EVERYTHING. The furniture that was left was covered in a mold. You could see in the very back of the unit there was a spot that had been leaking. I asked to watch the cameras to see who done this and was told they did not have cameras on the inside!! I have never heard of a storage business not having survalience!! I was made to get their insurance when I first got the unit. So I filed a claim. I was told That I didn't have proof I was robbed and that I could have removed the items myself and tried to say I was robbed! Even though I only used the entrance code 2 times since having the unit and that was on the day I put my things in there. Once to get in .and once to leave. This place is a scam!! They will rob you then blame you. I have heard so many stories of this happening here. There are way to many other businesses to give you business to this place. So BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY!! Unless you want to lose everything you own to either the mold or being robbed!"
