"Beware they try to keep charging you after you cancel your account! Per my contract I don't have a buy out clause, and I turned in a paper asking to close my account 7/8, 2 days before the required date! On 7/17 I was still charged and again this morning I was charged yet again. I have filed chargebacks with my bank, but I feel everyone needs to beware!"

"I absolutely love the staff and the positivity they bring every single day. They are always super helpful and are very knowledgeable. I have had a membership with Planet Fitness for over 5 years and would like to stay with this gym. However the lack of paper towels and hand sanitizer available is a constant issue. I am very sanitary and not having those supplies at the gym I go to is a big issue for me. I hope this can be fixed or I will be cancelling my membership."
"Clean, usually full of supplies to sanitize before and after. Usually good spacing in the facility. I did however get the keys to my brand new truck stolen out of my locker room. I didn’t lock it up as well."
