"Not very professional. you would think someone in sales would understand how to treat people and not by being rude and unprofessional. That would be my opinion. There are so many other Real Estate professionals to choose if you need one. This place has bad reviews for a reason."

I was going to buy it. 6 times I called Home Smart and Beth Osborn nobody ever returned my calls. I feel sorry for whoever listed with this unprofessional company! You can't sell anything if you don't even answer your phones. Extremely poor work ethic. Nobody wants that in a realtor!"

"It is very interesting that 12 of the 22 reviews that were left 4 days ago are all 5 star reviews that appear to be left by those who work for this company. No doubt they needed to pump up their review score. Our current interactions with them are unacceptable. Period. UPDATE: Just when you think it couldn't get worse, it does! We can't even get in touch with a marketed listing agent!!"

"I don’t know why anyone would give this company a bad review.....this is the most professional, hard-working. loyal, responsive team of people and brokers I have ever worked with in the last 19 years! I’m sure that some of these reviews are from a competitive agent that’s not happy because our agents have listings and buyers all over this city. It’s very unfortunate that anyone can make up several names and leave reviews. This is probably only one person doing this....it happens to successful businesses all the time."
