"I’ve been with Chase for years. I’ve never had any issues until coming here. I went in to withdrawal money I received from a wire transfer. The money was in my account, available and able to use, but after the teller went and spoke to the manager they said, “It’s still pending..so we can’t do anything until it clears.” I said, “So I can go to the ATM and withdrawal the money or go to the store and spend the money, but you can’t withdrawal it?” She said, “well we can do some.. like 1,000?” Which was 10k less than what I was trying to take out. My ATM withdrawal limit is higher than that. I told her I’d go to another branch, which I did and they did exactly what I asked with no issues. I even told them what happened and they said they were surprised. I manage a business, so this is not something new. The wire transfer was available for immediate use. The teller wasn’t very friendly either. I won’t be using this branch again."

"Our business does our banking here and their staff is great. Bill the manager, Thelma, Cheryl, Amber and Celeste are very friendly and know how to do their job. We have never had a problem."

"Allison is THE worst bank teller I've ever experienced. Went in to add a person to my account and two accounts ended up being made. One account was overdrafted even though the card was not used and we were charged an overdraft fee for the tellers mistake. After being treated like we were stupid and dealing with the rude banker the accounts were still not corrected. Had to end up closing both chase accounts. Very upset considering I have always loved Chase bank. For future reference to anyone going to this chase bank to open an account DO NOT BANK WITH ALLISON."
