"I used this HH Location for Property Management of my rental home and things could not have gone worse. 1. They moved my property manager to Akron which is 40 miles from my rental 2. After six years my tenant stopped paying rent, I was unable to evict him because my property manager gave him permission to not pay rent for 3 months. This was done without my approval and because HH was my representative I was unable to evict. 3. My property manager told the tenant he could use his deposit toward his owed rent without my permission. This was in violation of the signed lease. 4. My property Manager did not inspect the home once in the 6 years the tenant lived there when I finally got him out I had $3,500 worth in damages. You can look at Mentor Courthouse to see the case - CVI-2300587 if you don't believe me. It contains records of past due rent, utilities, and damages. Also getting any sort of repair or maintenance on the rental was a nightmare, I had to repeatedly text and call for months to get a return phone call."

"We had the misfortune of having to deal with an agent from this office, Michael Coleman is his name. He is very shady and unethical. We made a full ask offer on a house yesterday 6-1-2019. It is his listing. They ACCEPTED our formal offer and said they were going to send back the signed contract... They did not send the contact back. They intentionally dragged their feet to entertain other offers, even though they called our agent and had ACCEPTED our full ask bid. They got anothet offer above the asking price and screwed us over. Very bad business. Shady realtor. Unethical, cut throat."
