"I visited the Mentor Public Library on Andrews Rd in Mentor, Ohio, and I was very impressed by the quality of their services and facilities. The library is spacious, well-lit, and clean, with a variety of books, magazines, DVDs, and audiobooks to suit different interests and needs. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always greet you with a smile. The library also offers free Wi-Fi, computers, printers, scanners, and copiers for public use, as well as meeting rooms, study rooms, and a children's area. The library hosts many events and programs for all ages, such as book clubs, story times, crafts, lectures, and workshops. I especially enjoyed the local history exhibit that showcased the history and culture of Mentor and Lake County. The library is open seven days a week, with convenient hours and ample parking. "A nice neighborhood library within walking distance of ice cream stands, stores, and residential areas. I have used this library a lot for my homeschool needs. My only complaint is that some of the female (younger) employees are very catty, petty, and like to gossip. The fake smiles don’t hide anything. Grow up! I hope this branch can attract more mature and authentic employees."
