"Completely terrible customer service, tried charging us $150 which then decided to cut us a “break” even after explaining to the worker that the club was damaged and he said and I quote “these clubs get abused all the time that’s why we have plenty of extra ones” didn’t offer us a new one or anything. The club was broken from normal use no ground hit or anything just broke at the normal spring. Absolutely disappointing don’t waste your money at this place."

"Went to play some games this evening at Tap that sports in Cannonsburg and the manager was hovering the entire time. We informed him one of the clubs was severely damaged before starting and he said “not to worry about it. It happens all the time” and that he had lots of extras. When we hit the ball with it it finished the break and instead of hiding it we told them. They then proceeded to try to charge us $150 for a club that wasn’t that much but ended up only charging us $90. The staff was chuckling and mocking us the whole time. It was very unprofessional. Charging for anything they can find and overcharging seems to be the theme of this place so if you go beware."

"Don’t listen to all these other bums who leave bad reviews. Take it with a grain of salt and go and try this amazing place out yourself! Plenty of family fun activities and games to enjoy. The atmosphere is great and the customer service is second to none."

"On 1-4-2024 I booked a simulator for 4 of us to play golf for 3 hours (12pm to 3pm on Sunday 1-7-2024 in Ashland, Ky). When I booked the simulator, it said that the cost was $50 per hour, totaling $150. When we got there, the man at the counter charged us $20 per person per hour, totaling $254 just for the simulator! The guys that were with me drank beer but the price of it was fine. With the cost of the simulator going from $150 when I made the reservation to $254 after we got there (2 days later) we won’t be back again. Many other golfers from our Country Club were interested in going before our experience, but not now. They have lost a lot of future business from probably 20-30 golfers in our community and will probably lose more if that’s the kind of business practices they go by. We didn’t eat there so I didn’t rate the food. The atmosphere was fun and we had a good time so I gave it 5 stars. I gave the service 1 star because the employee helped us a couple times, but the cost hike killed it."
