"Don't come here at or before 12. ~It's their lunch break~. That one was my bad, I'll admit. But after being ignored long enough to think I went to the wrong receptionist and then finally getting a "warm" reception (after the lady got off her phone and then recommended me to take my daughter somewhere else) everything was ok. Quick in an out after that. Not sure if that was a good or bad thing... Ya know y'all might do better if ya'd eat breakfast? Maybe had a snack? Maybe keep the friendly co-working banter to a minimum when y'all don't wanna see patients? Specially in front of the patients. That was in front of me an mine and another woman with her daughter. Sorry for the inconvenience. Again though, thanks for seein my daughter. Hope y'all's day gets better."
"I have been relying on this emergency dept for over 20 years with my health concerns. Most visits have been favorable. I went by rescue with an emergency bowel obstruction this weekend. After being put in a bed, I waited 2 hours in excruciating pain, calling on nurses and asking the doctor for the IV so Ibmay get treated for the pain. My history is long there and I shared as much as possible. I knew I was getting to the point of danger as perforations and emergency surgery is eminent with the risk of fatality. After 2 hours I called my husband to pick me up and take me elsewhere, that I was receiving no care. It was a traumatic experience to say the least. I will never again rely on the emergency dept to care for my needs. This will be reported as soon as I am well enough."
"Nice staff, wear a mask"
"ER is trouble. My husband is in pain. They won't do anything to help him. I'm glad my mother doesn't work here anymore. She would be disappointed in the service and care. There nothing but a over paid bandaid station."
"This place is horrible been waiting 3hrs to been seen"
