Transit Service Warren County

"Used to be so professional and helpful. Now just rude looking for excuses to not book. Horrible for only transit system available. The woman who answers phone sounds bothered and looks for reasons not to assist with her hateful tone and making feel horrible for needing assistance is disgusting. Shes in wrong job. Used to be great. Don’t know what happened but it’s not close to same service. Hope they can make changes because needing a ride to important appointments with broke down car while everyone you know is working is not reason for disrespectful hateful tone nor looking for reasons to not assist."

"The drivers are fantastic. The ride is a lot smoother than the r t a and dayton, ohio. However the hours of operation are weird. 6 o'clock at night as way too early. I can't go out to eat at night for dinner. I can't go see a movie at night. Blood this is the air two thousand twenty three. I should be able to pay electronically rather than having exact change. I think people would pay more if you extended the hours at night."

"We were told to confirm the day before. We'll it took 2 hours of nonstop calling to get an answer! I was pissed! Hire someone to answer the phone. All 3 numbers were busy. Cmon now. I'm not stupid people!"

"Mixed review here ...Customer services super nice ! Drivers super nice and accommodating ! Areas covered are awesome! Hours of operation strange ! You must have exact change only ( thats odd for 2022 and inconvenient because how are people supposed to get change if they have no vehicle especially all of a sudden ? ...to order online tickets takes 2 weeks ..wow ) Call for info because website is not accurate, not even close ! However we thanked each driver and were grateful because our car was down for several weeks."
