"If I could give negative stars i absolutely would. My first appointment here for my son went great the woman was very kind. I went in this afternoon to follow up on some questions I had, only to be met with the most incredibly rude person I’ve ever met in my life , “Mrs Harris” . Her attitude was nasty from the very beginning, rolling her eyes slamming papers down, refusing to answer my questions. As I left I told her it was very unprofessional and she was rude and I’d be contacting her supervisor, to which she yelled “call them I don’t care” as I was walking down the hallway to leave. If this is the type of people you employ to handle people’s incredibly sensitive information I’m appalled."
"I came to open a social security number for my child, the employee did not even look at our documents and did not even try to understand and help. She even spoke to us very reluctantly. I received my social security number in another office, and everything was easy and simple. But here it’s just awful, I have the feeling that she doesn’t know her job at all. I do not want to talk about all the employees of this office, but with whom we spoke today it was terrible."
"Majority of there workers should be fired. They don't care able helping people who have real disability. They have zero compassion for anyone who goes there. You get case workers but they never call you back. They will make it so hard for you to continue receiving benefits. You can give them everything they ask and still want more. Many people who get ssi will eventually be screwed over saying you were over paid and you owe them a large sum of money. Ssi is a scam. They don't care about the disable. Especially this location. If you go in there and talk to the workers you will know. Almost all workers are rude to everyone."
"No wonder this place only has a 2 star rating & is never busy… Rudest employees I’ve ever met. Security was absolutely no help when asking where to go, he just pointed and didn’t bother lifting his head up or say a single word to me. Then the african american woman at the window was extremely rude saying “what?” When i walked up to the window & when i told her i received a letter in the mail she proceeded to tell me they didnt send me a letter when i literally had it.. and was very short, extremely rude, nasty with a bad attitude. She clearly doesnt feel like doing her job… why work there if you hate your job so badly?? Treating complete strangers so badly who are coming in & needing your assistance… almost like its your job or something. Haha this place is a JOKE! Rude, miserable employees."
"My daughter and I came here to get her replacement ssn card and the idiot behind the desk was trying her best to get us from that window as fast as she could. She was rude and a straight b from the moment we sat down. Barely would listen to anything I tried to say. Then had me removed because I told her she was a rude b. I meant it and won’t apologize for it. I made a complaint doubt anything will come from that but karma always catches these types of people. Looking at the reviews their reputation is basically set in stone. I’m glad I was able to handle what I needed to for my daughter elsewhere so her ugly attitude didn’t stop anything at all. We had an appointment and still was not called until like 15-20 minutes later and they only had her working. If you don’t like your job quit it’s just that simple. I know they don’t get paid much but you chose to work there and serve the public."
