"After having a business account with them for 39 years (yes really, 1985) I have had enough. The old staff at this location was awesome. The new staff has a lot to learn about people, loyalty and business. Tomorrow is day 1 of the process of moving everything to a new account at a new bank. If the little things are important to you, don't bank here."

"I have now recently tried to use the coin machine at this location on two separate occasions. The first time I arrived shortly after 4:30pm and was informed that the machine was closed for the day. I came today 6/16/23 at 4:10pm after just getting off work and was told the coin machine had been closed early today. If you are going to offer the use of the coin machine to the customers with accounts here it would be nice if you would not close the machine whenever it is convenient for you."
