"I had a fairly good experience once I got to the window. I waited 2.5 hours to get up there though. Does this office have a drop box?"

"This is a sinful joke. The office doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t respond to faxes and as far as a visit, there are currently 37 people waiting for 4 workers One star is too high of a rating"

"This office is a joke! Trying to take care of stuff for my deceased mother. No one is ever working, third time trying to get this done. They opened at 9:00 and have yet to help anyone. Waiting 45 min and not one person has went up. They called two people that are not here and wait 15 min to recall someone that’s not here again. What is going on? Do they not monitor their employees!!"

"First off the number listed goes to a national call center. It doesn't go to the local Hamilton office. Once the national call center filters you they give you the local number. However when you call and listen to the several minute introduction and eventually connected to an agent it says all agents are busy and hangs up. That is a little frustrating and encourages people to go to the office and wait. I would be happy to make an appointment but it appears impossible to do so."
