"Lady in shipping office was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL My trainee and I were the only people in the office, we stood in front of the window and she did not acknowledge us or speak for at least 30 min....When I asked if we could be helped/checked in, I didnt appreciate her rude and nasty unprofessional attitude. "Had an open window of 1500-1800. I was informed that I could not arrive early by my dispatch. Arrived @ 1517 and departed @ 1725 and I did a drop and hook. I was given instructions on how to get to their drop lot and swap trailers but only to be told I had to wait until they finished their live load before I could get my paperwork and leave lol now what kind of logic is that? I didn't encounter the "rude lady" that others made mention to. There's a small staging lot directly across from shipping that you have to use to check in seeing the place is in one of those small town tight street areas. Their drop lot is about 1/4 away and it's a couple tight turns to get to it. They will give you instructions on how to get there and theirs a couple signs on the roadway heading to it giving directions also, be careful because it's tight enough to have a easy accident. I was the only one doing a drop and hook so I assume most of their loads are live. Berry plastic locations are usually in and out for the company I work for but this one wastes a lot of time for the drivers. They seem to have different dock areas but I only was in A Dock areas which shouldn't be hard to get into IF the small staging lot isn't crowded. It's sight side. That's my experience, good luck guys"
