"Engineer of cheap labor with poor reviews. I assume the engineers office assists with contract procurement based on expected annual volume. That being said, bad contractors result in lower quality of life. Here's some of the roads likely getting a bad job this year: Paving Christopher Court - Darcie to Cul-de-sac Lurmer Drive - Van Gordon to Providence Ridge Kelly Marie Court - Lurmer Drive to Cul-de-sac Happy Court - Harvest Avenue to Cul-de-sac Harvest Avenue - Country View Drive to new pavement Van Gordon - 129 bridge to Princeton Road Stonehaven - Grimsby Lane to end Elmwood Lane - Kyles Station to Cul-de-sac Autumn Oak Drive - Elmwood Lane to pavement break Spring Mountain Lane - Summertime Boulevard to Brightfield Court Brightfield Court - End to end Sunrise View - Summerlin Boulevard to Paradise Cove Darcie Drive - Lurmer Drive to 7106 Paradise Cove - Pavement break to 7830 Callisto Drive - Sunrise View Circle to Cul-de-sac St. Albans Way - Somerset to Cul-de-sac Essex Mill Terrace - Wyandot Lane to Cul-de-sac Logsdons Woods - Liberty Fairfield to Cul-de-sac Walliswood Court - Somerset to Cul-de-sac Hughes Ridge Lane - Hughes Woods to end Bluewood Knoll Lane - Buck Thorn Knoll to Cul-de-sac Cottonwood Knoll - Bluewood Knoll to Ashe Knoll Ashe Knoll - End to end Mountainview Court - Providence Ridge to Cul-de-sac Clawson Ridge - Cul-de-sac to Cul-de-sac Tradewinds Court - Mountainview Court to Cul-de-sac Carthel Drive - Liberty Fairfield to end Forest Knoll Lane - Shandon to Cul-de-sac Elm Creek Court - Maple Creek to Cul-de-sac Sebastion Lane - Carthel Drive to pavement break Puma Court - Safari to Cul-de-sac Safari Drive - Liberty Pass Drive to Cul-de-sac Cougar Path - Maud Hughes Road to Safari Drive Black Mat Slurry Michelle Lane - Joann Drive to Chris Lane Chris Lane - Michelle Lane to Cul-de-sac Bahama Drive - Cul-de-sac to dead end Burton Drive - Cincinnati Dayton Road to Airy View Shelby Lane - Linn to dead end Angie Court - Liberty Fairfield to Cul-de-sac Fiat Court - Porsche Drive to Cul-de-sac Mercedes Drive - Route 4 to SR 747 Porsche Drive - Mercedes Drive to Fiat Court Pauline Court - Lynch Lane to Dead end Lynch Lane - Millikin Road to Cul-de-sac Hickory Knoll Drive - Autumn Oak to dead end Woodmere Court - Autumn Oak to Cul-de-sac Bexhill Drive - Castle Hill Drive to Cul-de-sac Tree View Drive - Bexhill to pavement break"
"No help, regulation, or enforcement of anything as far as I can tell"
"I have confirmed that Butler County is responsible for the upkeep of the grass areas located in the easement along Princeton Road. As a homeowner who lives on Princeton Road and pays over $8,400 a year in property taxes, I have basic expectations. One such expectation is that the county maintain the grass and trash that is their responsibility. I met with the supervisor (for Butler County) in charge of the road maintenance. After taking him over two weeks to respond to my email, he said he has "limited resources" and they cut the grass as often as they can. He went on to say that I might want to call the Sherriff's Department to see if the chain gang could come pick up the trash. That is what I want, invite prisoners onto my property! I have included a picture of the grass along Princeton Road taken yesterday. The grass is now over 2.5' tall!! Butler County, step up (stop making excuses) and pick up your trash and cut the grass."
