"Tanker - arrived before appointment time which was 8am, checked in at main office, scaled in, drove through sanitation station, and told to wait in parking lot since product was not ready. Finally got to tanker bay only told to drop trailer inside bay, unhook, and pull up to wait outside. Its now 3pm and still waiting to pick up loaded trailer. SMH since this is my last load taking me towards home."
