"Downgrading my review from 4 stars to 2. Over half the time I go to this place something is always wrong! The kiosk machine for the lottery tickets is always down. When I try to purchase them from the cashier, the machine is down due to a poweroutage and the workers can't boot up the system due to lack of training or they simply don't know how to work the lottory machine. Also, there have been times I've won 75 to 150 dollars on the lotto and they can't cash out my ticket."
