"I have mixed feelings about this water company. The service is 5 star. The price is 3 star. The water is 1 star. There is much lime residual in 1 glass of water I won't drink it and the chlorine odor is high. Regardless of price we drink R.O. bottled water."
"During the installation of a new water heater it was discovered that my water pressure had increased to a little over 100 psi. I contacted Southwest Regional Water District to see if there was anything they could do. They responded quickly and sent a technician out almost immediately. He was very helpful and had my water pressure adjusted to the level I needed. I am very impressed with the service I received."
"Messed up our hot water tank causing flood in Laundry room . Also few water main breaks in area of our street Edgewood . Caused our water line to break as well . All within few weeks of each other ."
"Had a “controlled” water break of a main line 2 miles down the road. Had no water for a few hours. When the water came back on, our water heater made gurgling sounds, we lost hot water, then the water heater leaked everywhere. Turns out the air and sediment in the water after a break in the line can damage your plumbing and ruin your water heater. Well, according to Southwest Regional Water, it’s not their problem! So, if you are a customer of theirs, any time they have a break in one of the water lines they maintain, you may need to buy a new water heater!"
"Wow! I've paid my bill for this company by autopay deduction from my bank account every month for years. For some reason autopay quit working - no-one ever informed me of this problem and now I'm getting threatening mails that my water is going to be shut off next Tuesday. I don't even know what to say......."
