"My 11year old daughter had surgery yesterday with Dr. Waters. His team is very professional. They took care of my daughter carefully and very gently, and did everything with care. After surgery Dr. Waters called 2 times after surgery assuring everything was going well. Then he called later in the afternoon checking on my daughter. So it really makes a parent comfortable. Knowing your daughter/son is in good hands. I recommend Dr.Waters and his team."

"I was referred here by my dentist, and after my consultation, thought I was in good hands. Come surgery day, today, I learned different. I was barely spoken too once I was back in my room. Nervous is an understatement with a procedure like this, and I felt I was treated like a joke. Or addict, when I’m not and just looking for a good smile again after a thyroid disease hurt it. Several staff was in and out, connecting and hooking things up, but only 2 informed me of what was happening, IV, O2… that’s it. I wasn’t told that I was receiving the medicine that would put me to sleep, or that surgery was even about to start. No warning, I was just out. After surgery, I woke up to another patient being walked through all of their prescriptions, what they would need and what they could hold onto as a “just in case”, how their procedure went and what it entailed, and what they could expect with healing… I wasn’t told a thing. Not one thing. One lady in recovery was nice. But seeing doubles and all, another lady basically drug me outside to be released, there was no nice and slow to it. Once out, my husband informs me that they had only called him once, when I was ready to go. They said a few times that he would get 2 calls, one after the procedure and one to pick me up. He had no details of my surgery, and either did I!!! I discovered stitches in my mouth, and had to call to ask! The lady I spoke with was rude about it. And once the Dr. finally called to check on me, and I asked about said stitches, I get told “If I remember correctly, there’s 1 stitch.” 1, cool. The fact that he wasn’t sure, let’s me know he didn’t even care enough to have my file in front of him when he called. I got the feeling that this office was happy to collect my money, but cared not at all for me, my feelings, or my well being. Very upset and disappointed."

"I had my first visit yesterday and walking in the door i was greeted with smiles. Misty, i think her name was (i am bad with names), took care of me before Dr. Waters came in to talk to me about what needed done. She was great! Dr. Waters was great! Everything was explained to me very well. I then saw Rebecca who helped me out with pricing and what i needed to do before my surgery. I had a great first experience. Going to the dentist or anything to do with your mouth is not fun. But everyone there was so kind and my anxiety eased up. Thank you so very much!"
