"Used the self service this morning, 2/18/24. I think the machine took extra quarters and didn’t recognize the extra coins. There’s no cancel button so I couldn’t get them back. So I continued adding quarters thinking the next quarter would push the others through. I think the soap was fine, it is very light as others have mentioned but would have like a little more pressure to remove the ice buildup in the wheel wells. I had $5 in quarters and left with $1.50."
"Used the self serve section tonight. Barely any soap came out of the sprayer, pretty sure the wax was just straight water as it didn't suds up at all when sprayed at the ground like every other car wash I have been to, and the spotless rinse was barely even spraying. Waste of money."
