"This is my second experience since moving to Cincinnati with Mercedes of Cincinnati, it was also my second horrible experience. My car had an ignition switch fail the first time. After being towed from my home garage to the dealership, it took them three days to find my car on their lot (I called everyday), Mercedes roadside service arranged for the tows both times. Second d time they only lost my car for two days. The co Communications from them are non-existent, you have to call and wait on the phones for 15-2 minutes to get someone to speak to you regarding status, estimated mechanic issue much less cost. First time, this past January, I was initially told the repair would be @$1,500 .., by the time they finished it was $3,455. Now second time brought in, I was charged not only for the part replaced and mechanic time, at a hefty hourly rate, but also $189.99 for Diagnostics and another $199.99 for a second diagnostics and $46.85 for Shop Charge. I could see one diagnostic fee but not 2 and quiet frankly I would not have cared if my car had been repaired on their sidewalk as long as it was repaired. Each time my car also comes out with more dashboard need service messages than it went in with. When I ask I am told will need to bring it back for further diagnostics. What diagnostics did they charge me for each time. Last time has taken the cake…oil service needed…in the last three months I had another very reputable repair shop complete an oil change and repair each and every oil leak the found (all due to normal age deterioration). I will never take my car their again nor will I ever buy a vehicle from them."

"Consistently great service and work done right the first time. We bought our GL back in 2008 and still bring it in to MB of C for service - that should tell you a lot. We (they) have taken great care of the car for 16 years and we see no reason to let go. Our most recent experience with the service department validates our reasoning. They diagnosed the problem correctly, fixed it promptly, charged us fairly and the car is off and running with a 150K miles behind us and plenty more miles ahead."

"Absolutely excellent experience with the purchase of a CPO car. Noah was my salesguy. Super nice and easy going. Just let me look over the car at my own pace. I live further away so I was a bit late that day and they stayed after a half hour to make sure things were taken care of. Easy and smooth transaction. Deposit before I left, wired the rest the following Monday, paperwork done in between and picked up the car next week. In showroom all of 15 mins before I was done. Quickest and cleanest transaction I think I have ever had. And I got the title within 2-3 weeks after. Oh yeah on top of it all the car was immaculate just as advertised. Loving it! Excellent experience, would buy another car from these guys!"
