"UPDATE..While the dealership has a long way to go to earn my business in the future, Bill Hutson did reach out and apologize my car was not cleaned following my brake job. He offered to have my vehicle detail cleaned the very next day and it was completed and done very well. I appreciate the immediate response. BUYER BEWARE...I have purchased two Maseratis from this dealership and while I love my car, you will REGRET the day you bought from this dealership. From the Sales Manager to Bill Hutson, Manager of the Service Department, the customer service is horrendous!! To put it in prospective, Maserati the manufacturer cut me a check for $5,000 several months ago just to apologize for how terrible of service I received and documented. The cherry on top for me to actually write a review came today. I spent $3,000 on brake pads and rotators, and I am not joking, they couldn't even provide a complimentary vacuum or car wash before returning my car!! Jiffy Lube will vacuum your car for a $30 oil change."

Their no nonsense approach of giving me a fair offer for my car and reasonable negotiation on my Granturismo were much appreciated. They were even willing to get the paperwork/detailing done in between visits so when I came back, everything would be ready and it would minimize my time spent waiting. I love the car and all of the support provided!"
"The initial interaction started less than ideal with one of the salesman. But the finance manager, Scott, took over and everything was a seamless process. He was fair, honest, and responsive, which was great. My vehicle was delivered in pristine condition and I couldn’t be happier with my Ghibli. I highly recommend Maserati Cincinnati. "I'd be lying if I said I was excited to have my car serviced here. I've owned BMWs for many years and getting them serviced was always a nightmare... but here I am taking a FERRARI to a MASERATI dealership. I was confident this was going to be a nightmare, but I had exhausted all other options, including having another "exotic car specialist" shop in the area cause thousands of dollars of damage while they tried to service it. So here I go... I show up and? well, the tech, aaron, actually came out and spoke to me- multiple times. About what was good, what was bad, what was needed, and what wasn't. Cheap? no, but expectations were set clear and the bill came a few bucks under the estimates. The service managers? were really helpful and very friendly from the time I got there to the time I left. I was kept in the loop, treated with respect, and all went well. The communication? wonderful. The experience in the dealership? Besides the coffee maker being out of order thanks to covid- wonderful.... and most importantly, the service? Great. Everything is working the way it should be and no damage or problems despite it being a nuanced vehicle. it is really clear their techs know how to work on cars (including a Ferrari). The moral of the story is that my fears were unwarranted, and this dealership service department is really good. I'm thankful I was referred here by other area Ferrari owners so I don't have to ship my car back to Columbus like I did last year for service. On top of it all, I now have enough faith in the dealership that I'm already starting to think towards purchasing a Maserati, because I know that the shop can support me and the car, which was a major concern of mine to picking up a Maserati in the past!"
