"I love the Speedway store in Fairfax on Wooster Pike. I've been coming here since before it was actually named Speedway. Although the crew has changed a bit throughout the years I've always found the managers and crews to be great."

"They didn’t clear away any snow or ice! I saw some poor older lady cautiously walking over the mess on their property. What a joke. It was after 5 PM so there’s no excuse to have your valued customers risk life and limb."

"Good location and store is usually well stocked. Clean and well organized. The staff is not the friendliest; most of them lack personality and proper customer service etiquette. Of the dozen times I have visited, I have only been greeted once or twice. I have never been greeted by a manager when one is on duty. There are very few smiles at this store and most members of the staff seem to have a very "just doing my job and nothing more" attitude. Some of the cashiers seem annoyed when having to handle more than one transaction (e.g., when a customer is buying coffee and lottery at the same time). You would think they don't enjoy selling lottery at this store, because each time that I try to make a purchase, I get the vibe that my request is bothersome. This is unfortunate, because it would otherwise be a great store. Great coffee though."
