"Service Problem. My Model Y is having CPU issues and will not reboot. When I dropped in to get help with the reboot I was turned away. I have to wait 2+ weeks to get this issue resolved. Not sure if this is just a Cincinnati Telsa issue or company wide problem, however they have decided not to accommodate my issues and move my appointment date up. If you look at the recent reviews for this location, they are tending to get much lower ratings and perhaps this has a lot to do with their local management policies. I'm not sure if this car is safe to drive in its current state, but Cincinnati Telsa seems to be indifferent to the customer."

"Though it's not listed as such Tesla has super Charging Stations. NOT FREE, just need to add money to Tesla Card. Saved our butts last night after day of driving going to Norwood for dinner we found ourselves at 20 miles remaining. 15 mins and $10 charge we were back on the road!"

"Picked up our Model Y long range today. Loved the car, but did not have a very good experience! Someone should let the Tesla employees know that, 1- some of the customers are buying their first Tesla and they might have questions, 2- all customers (irrespective of their skin tone and race) pay similar amount of money to get the vehicle. Throughout my stay there I felt like the Tesla employees are doing a favor to us. I am definitely NOT going back there."

"I ordered my car on June 14, and the app promised it would arrive by the end of June. I sold my car, thinking I could manage without one for two weeks. Unfortunately, this company has changed the delivery date four times since then. How is someone supposed to cope without a car for so long? They've now pushed the delivery date to between July 16 and July 30. Trying to talk to someone at this company is impossible; they rely on automated systems that don't help at all. I'm completely disappointed. Wouldn't it be better to be honest? I can only imagine how the service will be once I finally get my car after waiting for over a month. Who should I contact to resolve this issue? Elon Musk? After three years, I'll probably sell my car and never come back to this company. There are better alternatives, and I'm confident other companies offer full electric cars with much better service. Right now, I'm in the dark and don't know what to do. I've been without a car since June 14, 2024. Phenomenal."
