"Visiting Cincinnati from Mississippi, I experienced major issues with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. All lights were on (ABS, transmission, parking brake, check engine) and transmission not shifting. Visited Jake Sweeney and received no help except to say they would need car for 3 days and still not guarantee a repair in timeline needed for a scheduled return to Mississippi. No suggestions offered. Called other Jeep dealerships in area to see if I could get in for diagnosis with no success. Called Mike Castrucci and spoke with Owen who said they were booked but took the time to check with someone due to my situation. They agreed to fit me in and I dealt with William in services who kept me well informed on status of repairs. During repairs they offered to take us to get something to eat where Desani took us to get food. THANKS to your staff that were so accomodating during my time of desperation. Traveling w/3yo and 11yo, this was very stressful. It's reassuring to know there are still compassionate people out there! THANK YOU!!!"
