"I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Staff are lazy and only play on their phones all day and sleep on 3rd shifts. My Q never engaged with me and doesn't do her job properly. Place is falling apart. I wouldn't recommend living at this ICF group home."
"This place could be ran soon much better honestly. I've worked here and I've seen it all honestly. They even keep ppl that can't even do there job right it's sad. Most everyone is there for a paycheck not even there for the clients. The company messes with your paycheck and everything. I would end a 2 week pay period with a check over $1,000 and only came home with a little over 400.00 it's sad it really really is.."
"They are poorly ran in the homes and their day program. They have staff that doesn't care about the clients. Staff yell at clients and treat them like babies. They day program is managed by a lady that doesn't care about staff or clients. She's rather sit on her phone and let staff do all the work. She is very rude to the clients. She calls them names and makes fun of them. Every word that comes out of her mouth is a lie. They don't pay the clients when they are suppose to. Clients go without a lot of times."
