"I ducked into Cincinnati Unwind Wine Bar & Light Fare a few weeks ago for some A/C on a humid weekend day. The ambiance is very luxe with comfortable and cozy vibes, giving it an upscale feel that’s a great fit for the area. However, the service was all over the place. They didn’t check in often, got our order wrong, and there was a lot of confusion among the staff trying to figure out the orders. It’s a wine bar with minimal food, so this was quite frustrating. The cheese board was also super overpriced and came with crackers that looked and tasted like Ritz, not the usual water crackers you’d expect at a place like this. The food and service definitely need to catch up to the vibes and aesthetics."

"Myself and my husband were sat at the “high top” (outside countertop where they keep the menus). The place was underwhelming and was not at all crowded. The 2 staff working on the outside patio walked past us a total of 5 times within the 10-20 minutes after we were seated without giving us so much as a look in our direction. We decided to leave when one member of the staff went up to the table that was seated after us to take their order while the other staff member (that sat us) took a phone call (we passed them talking on the phone after leaving while walking down the street and around the block to our vehicle). This was very disappointing to us. We will not be going back and will recommend other wine bars in the area based on our experience."

"We are out of towners staying for less than a week. Our gracious host took us here to give us a glimpse of what she loves about Cincinnati. Talk about an experience! From the knowledgeable staff that knows their wine and can give insightful suggestions to the cozy atmosphere. The background music was perfect, not too loud so we could talk comfortably. If we lived here, this would not only be our go-to spot, it would be the place where we would bring guests as well."
