"Horrible service, pain in the butt and was a complete pain to get the things needed done! Also a reason they have an F on the better business bureau also building shown in pictures is not the same building, went to a worse location and worse building was horrible"
"I was in desperate need of a car, I worked 2 jobs and was willing to pay an exceptional monthly payment on account of me having a low downpayment. the people there we’re very nice and everything, they made sure I left with something. They looked out for me till I was “successfully” able to finish the down payment. I was even driving around with a license plate that was registered to my previous car because I never received the title to the car. I even offered my previous car as a trade in but they didn’t want it. (The engine burnt out but had new front and rear shocks new sway bars, new tires, new breaks, even a extra pair of breaks and rotors in the trunk. Even had custom rims I paid 2k for… But I guess once the engines out the car ain’t no good) understandable… Things got really weird couple months after that I was making my monthly payments until one morning I woke up 3am with my car missing from my driveway later that day I called the dealership and asked em what happened? Manger named Zach told me he would look into it and see what the issue is, (took them all day to figure out what happened) all while the car was sitting on their lot the whole time. Some hours passed and I needed a ride there, to collect my things from the vehicle I came in person to try and figure out what happened, they waited till I was about 4 payments in to tell me they didn’t get the first payment, ( the other payments I made was in person both cash and by debit card and they told me nothing about it, they just let me walk out) I also have the receipt of the first payment which I couldn’t provide at the time because all my stuff was in the repoed car, some other guy was speaking for (Zach) as if they practiced it, (btw it was nothing similar to what Zach told me on the phone) It just seems like a scam. Y’all be careful with them I was basically robbed 3.2k I really would take them to court but it’s just extra money I don’t have, the same car is now listed again. I put a lot of money into that car within the short time I had it as well as traveled a lot. Just sucks because I really trusted them people, they ain’t got no sympathy. No dignity. Bunch of fruit cup scammers"
"That 2012 chevy silverado needs a new motor they sold me that truck with a 12 month & 12 thousand miles warranty that was not valid until after 15 days & 1000 thousand miles had to be put on the vehicle, but they don't tell you about 15 days & 1000 miles when signing paperwork. So when you don't pay for the vehicle you should have a real warranty on. They resale that same vehicle to another unaspecting person to purchase. So buyers beware they vehicles are not worth the hassle. Fighting for justice."
"DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. My husband and I purchased an 2008 ford escape that ended up being a flood car. The entire undercarriage was rusted all to pieces. Along with other parts of the vehicle that were not visible to us until inspected. The biggest mistake of our lives. Also the sales rep we dealt with had a very poor attitude. I wish I would have gotten up and walked out. But my husband was set on the that vehicle for the low miles. Don't be fooled."
"Only 2 stars because Jasmine and James were great. Otherwise it'd be 1 star. Went in to look at a used prius with fairly low miles. I had to get a greyhound over because I'm actually from Indiana. Multiple issues with it which caused me to be hesitant to purchase. Whole passenger side had a gouge down it like it was dragged on a pole, scratches everywhere and one area had metal pieces glued on and painted. Major mechanical defects like bald tires and after taking it to toyota and paying for the inspection they told me all the rotors were rotting with rust and a tire pressure sensor was bad. All said and done the mechanical stuff was about 1300 to 1500 to fix. I asked jasmine if we could arrange a cheaper price based on the numerous problems. She said she had to talk to her sales manager. This guy was pure arrogance, most likely his daddy got him the job because he was instantly got an attitude and all but stuck his nose up at me. He said he doesnt negotiation prices often and only time he has is when the cars are 60k and even then it's only 300 dollars. He proceeds to offer me 250 dollars off but then tacked on hundreds in fees for stupid stuff like "detailing". I walked so fast and bought this beautiful car for 800 dollars more with half the miles! And the guys at #1 cochran in Pittsburgh are the best. It's worth going a little ways for people who treat you with respect!"
