"Of the 6+ dealerships I’ve purchased cars from in my lifetime Kerry sits atop the rest in worst experience I’ve ever had. The sales team did everything they could to not provide me a second key even though that was negotiated before signing. Once they got my money they ignored my calls and multiple requests for the promised key. The only way I got someone to listen to me was to drive in and confront the sales manager face to face. Their service team gave me back my car that was supposedly fixed and in reality had more problems than when I brought it in. They stripped multiple wheel sensors while completing repairs and instead of letting me know they let me drive off the lot to figure it out for myself. They couldn’t even make the repairs and when Honda fixed the problem it was hell getting them to pay for the repairs they created. Avoid at all costs."

"Will never shop here. The commercials on the reds game make my ears bleed with the extreme volume difference. I am hard of hearing and end up listening to the reds game at a semi high volume to hear it. Whenever the commercials come on I am afraid of these ads due to the 7.2 magnitude earthquake this causes due to the sound. My ears hurt. Please turn it down."
