"I have to say Stephen had great customer service he was a pleasure as I walked in the door and taking my meal the food definitely came out on a hot tray however when I sat down to enjoy it I tore the chicken apart and it was undercooked. I politely walked back up and brought it to Stephens attention, he was quick to get it taken care of however the lady in the back did not seem very happy to make another one. Stephen brought me another fresh meal to the table. I honestly have to say I was not very impressed with the chicken or the hot honey sauce that gets charged extra for, the chicken was way too soggy :( the buffalo blue sauce was great and the fries were awesome as well as the service from Stephen other than that I was not happy at all!!"

"The lady and gentleman welcomed us to the business and shared what they viewed as great deals. Tenders were great & 1/2 salad had all ingredients working great together. My wife & I will definitely be back."

"First time in Cincinnati and my kids had a taste for chicken tenders. Typed that up in uber eats and this place popped up. I didn't know it was that close to my hotel (noticed after going for a walk) Food: Uber eats delivered the food quickly and it was still hot. We ordered the mega meal which was 10 chicken tenders, 2 sauces and French fries. The tenders were fresh, we enjoyed the BBQ sauce over the city sauce. The fries were addictive. They were cooked to perfection. The seasoning was great. If anything I would go back just for the fries. We would visit again. Once we went for a walk and saw how close it was we decided to go in. The man and woman in the front greeted us with smiles. I just had to tell them how much we enjoyed the food."

"Stephen did an OUTSTANDING job of proving quick, genuinely friendly service. He graciously offered suggestions when we asked, delivered our food to the table with a sincere smile and ensured everything was clean and ready for service. The food was hot, tender, flavorful and plentiful for the pricing. My friend and I were able to share the large meal, an extra order of fries AND have enough left over for another entire meal! We could not have asked for better service even in an upscale restaurant. 10/10 rating!"
