"Very nasty from the cookies all the way to the donuts they use cake frosting from the store for their donuts and paper thin. Red velvet cookies that didn't have any fluff like no flour and zero flavor through it out and that's not the worse part got a chocolate glaze donut ZERO CHOCOLATE TASTE I had to spit it out my man and I arent pleased at all. So we went to EMERSONS BAKERY they never fail us and very sweet lady at the Latina location. NEVER GOING BACK TO COOKIE JAR I have NO clue who gave yall 4.6 star rating but that place needs new recipes or just quit baking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"My daughter wanted a custom cake of a Jordan 1 shoe. I asked the baker if he was 100 percent confident he could do that. I had sent him pics. I appreciate the effort. However it was not what I ordered. I ordered a double cake on bottom and the colors to be black red and white or brown black and white. The colors he gave me were pink and blue. The layers of cake on the shoe had a very thin layer of icing I mean paper thin in between. I give props to trying but it was not worth $165.00. I asked for the baker to refund at least half cuz It wasn’t what I had asked for and he refused to message me back. I will not be using the cookie jar again. My daughter and friends couldn’t even eat the cake. The fondant was so hard and cake was barely and inch thick. I understand he needs to be paid for services but he should have made it right too."

"Adorable shop with delicious pastries. I went around 7:30am (it opens at 3!) and there was a decent selection left. Pastries are on the smaller side--which I prefer. And the prices are very reasonable."
