"Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns. Buying process was good. I gave it 4 stars because my loan amount kept going up. They told me $540, then came back said $570 then when it came to signing everything with warranty payment ending up being $630 It was a bit much but it is what it is. Everyone there is great. I still call when I have questions 2 months later and they help with all my questions. I love my car and it runs great still. Great experience and I do recommend getting a car here. I love my Subaru Legacy Limited. That car called my name as soon as I seen it and we made it happen."

"I bought a car being from there being out of state and the plan from the beginning was to have it delivered. My salesman Josh helped me a lot with pictures and videos from his own phone. Online paperwork only took about 5 minutes. My only complaint is when is car showed up from delivery the low fuel light was on. I don't blame Josh. He was not even there when it was picked up. It's usually just a company policy. I know it is AS IS mechanically. But really . Fortunately I was within sight of a gas station."
"My wife and I dropped by, no appointment, after looking at Santa Fe’s online. We were helped very quickly and we had the cars we were looking up get their keys pulled and handed to Josh, our salesman. Josh is the man! Two similar vehicles but one has much better mileage for a small gap price. Pulled the Carfax for us, workshopped the price for our budget, and we walked out happy as could be. It’s a used car at a used car lot, I opted out of all the things I wasn’t interested, full and well knowing that it was coming as-is but they made clear all our options. I’ve bought maybe 3 cars in my life, and this is the best time I’ve had so far."
"I've been looking for a car for a few months and had one selected prior to going into the dealership. I was called by Ethan who received my inquiry and after a short discussion advised him that I would be coming to look at the car. I have a 2003 Chevy Astro however, and as I am not parting ways, explained that as its just me inquired if I were to purchase the car then if someone could assist me with getting it back to my home. Ethan was polite and understood and advised he'd be sure someone could assist. I drove her up to the dealer and found that Ethan was busy so ended up conversating with Dolphus regarding the car. He had no information on the car though and I assumed that he thought I had already asked Ethan all the questions necessary. I told him that I was purchasing this car, but I haven't bought a new car since 2013 so was a little hesitant. Let's be honest, its always a stressful time when attempting to purchase a new car! While my cat van will definitely last for years to come, she does need some work done and she only gets 22mpg/hwy so really wanted to find something a little better on the gas mileage. Dolphus was nice enough, but honestly after coming back and reading the reviews with his name mentioned, I am not surprised. I honestly thought it was just me - I am always an odd one to deal with as people already find me weird enough owning an Astro that's decorated like a cat. I will say that I enjoyed my experience and Ethan, John in financing was also amazing to work with. But Dolphus - unless you're just wanting to be matter of fact and have 0 laughs... there's no personable or rapport with that one. I was going to chuck it up to a bad day until I read other reviews where he also seemed to be annoyed by having customers. Now I am going to assume, he just doesn't enjoy his job and it shows. When I mentioned to him that I worked with Ethan regarding the car situation he literally rolled his eyes at me and suggested that I leave my cat van overnight at their place. I tried to make some jokes, as I wasn't feeling comfortable with that, but even that didn't get him a smile. I drive 45 minutes to a specific mechanic because I don't trust anyone else with my cat van lol so mentioning to leave it overnight at their dealer, no matter - was not something I had wanted to do. I will need to completely order a new fob as the new battery being placed in the car didn't fix the issues I was having, but its a used car. Otherwise, I had a pleasant experience and I wouldn't mind coming back in the future (as of right now). I do want to give a huge shout out to Ethan and John though - Ethan helped so i could have my car that night and John was just pleasant to work with! Edit: I really wanted to make sure that Ethan and John got kudos, so I decide to also give a call to the manager just to provide assurance as it probably rarely happens :)"
