"Used a web order for two Hunter's Clubs. Went to pick them up and both sandwiches had 1 piece of roast beef. Maybe covered a quarter of the sandwich and then had to eat essentially bread with mayo as I don't have time between meetings to get anything new. I also added onions on both as a customization and neither sandwich had onions. Very upset paying $18 for bread and two total pieces of roast beef....."

"Paid $7.89 for a sandwich, no receipt, waited 20 minutes, food was never made. Had to leave as I was already late to get back to work. So much for “freaky fast”. Horrible location, and not my first negative experience at this one either. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"Excellent food, excellent service (despite the delivery truck being late). The staff recognized that a bunch of Marines were having a reunion and all said, "thank you for your service." Someone even got them cookies! A nice gesture. Highly recommend this location when in Cincinnati."

"Things must have changed since 6 years ago when staff was commended for their service. My experience though, the service was poor and employee attitudes came off as cold and unwelcoming. They do tend to put a lot of mayo on their sandwiches. But what really got me was the bits of tuna salad on my Italian sandwich. I'm not one to write poor reviews, but with such a promising location, you'd think the quality of service would be better."

"This is disgustingly disappointing. I went in on my lunch there was no one else there you only had wheat bread slices and that should have told me not to order. I ordered light mayo not the whole jar I said no tomatoes I received 4 I do not eat tomatoes I asked for the Dijon mustard and didn’t receive any I order a Turkey Tom and received little to no turkey. For almost 7 dollars this is what I get!!! As you can see in the pictures this sandwich was horrible. This is the worse location I’ve ever been to and if y’all didn’t close at 3pm i would have returned it instead of throwing away. Will never eat at a jimmy johns again."
