"experience The first time I came to this location, I was really excited to try their famous Jerk salmon and shrimp. However, when my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that instead of the seafood I had requested, I was given chicken. As a pescatarian, this was a huge letdown for me. I kindly asked the server, Errol Houston, if he could make the correct dish or if I could get a refund. To my surprise, he refused to do either. This experience was not only frustrating, but also made me feel disrespected as a customer. It's unfortunate that my first visit to this location was such a negative one."

"I just don’t understand how I can get a order messed up two times in a row first time the order was messed up. I can understand it was late right before close. However, this time I spoke about the first time I told him about the first time, and we got an understanding that this order will be right and he even offered a free dessert. Got my meal and was disappointed yet again see the picture for details. You tell me if this is chicken Alfredo fries?… and this is after I opened and check my food to only see some plain fries and chicken. He then took my meal and sprinkle sauce over the fries two thumbs down."
