"Staff were I knowledgeable, did not seem to know anything about U-Haul or their supply. They could not help and informed me I needed to call the phone number because they didn’t know how “the U-Haul stuff worked” I would not recommend going to this location, or dealing with them. There is an alternate location down the road that is much more helpful."

"Set up a rental at another local U-Haul. When we showed up, they had rented our truck out from under us and didn't have any trucks we could take so they sent us to U-Haul at MidTown Tire. Lisa, the owner at MidTown, could not have been more helpful. She got us set up in no time at all and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. Great rental experience."
"Even though site shows 24 hour drop off I got charged 2 extra days because they did not check in the rental. I dropped off Saturday night 2/1/2020 it was not checked in until the following Monday. They then charged my card 2 days extra rental with coverage. When calling customer care, they contacted site which then lied stating I didnt drop off until Monday. These charges are currently in dispute and pending results. I will not use or recommend this site for pickup or drop off to anyone ever. Dishonest staff. Edit: 2/5/2020, Area manager reviewed DVR footage and was able to prove that the rental was dropped off 9:43PM on 2/1/2020 - A refund of the extra charges was granted. Site is open every day. Staff never checked in the truck at all even though they were open. I am not changing the 1 star. This dispute should never have been needed."
