"I went here to get my car cleaned today, the attendant was very impolite and talked back about the dog hair. I know I have a dog, that's why I bought this service. Couldn't clean the windshields properly, left it all sorts of smeary. Basically sprayed armor all on top of the hair on my dashboard and just smeared it around. Bad service, overpriced, avoid at all costs."

"I’ve lived in the area for over 7 years and FINALLY decided to do something other than a self-service car wash. I’ve never been impressed with Mike’s or anything similar. My car hasn’t looked this good since I bought it! They really took their time with the interior even though it was CAKED with dog hair and dirt from taking my car to a campsite over the holiday weekend. "So... I paid 32 dollars for a car wash. There was a big smear on the front window when they were done, which I can ignore... but they were so rough on the paint that they ripped their rag and left stuffed in my bumper. Then it appears they dried the car with a dirty rag which I got luck it does not appear to have don't any damage ( I don't think yet) but I would avoid this place as using a dirty rag can imbed dirt into the paint"

"Stopped in today to have my car detailed inside and out. I bought the ultra package. It really needed it don't get me wrong but the level of service I got left much more to be desired and left me mad that I even wasted my time here. They didn't clean the mats (which you can see other members of their team doing), didn't bother with the cup holders, left crumbs in the gear shift cover, left sticker reside on the inside of the window, left light dust/mud on the inside of the doors, didn't vacuum the back seat well/in the crevices leaving crumbs, didn't detail the outside very well, didn't add in the air freshner, and last but not least left the back of my car completely filthy to the level that I brought it in. Below you can see the level of dirt from bicycle tires and what 15 minutes of scrubbing I did with baby wipes when I got home. I have been dying to try this place out and will now more than likely never stop by again. The level of "cleaning" they did, I could've done better in a do it yourself car wash/vacuum. It might've been the team detailing my car, because I saw others that were digging into the nooks and crannies and washing mats, but will not risk this again."
