"Dear KBS customers, I am writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing issues I am experiencing with the repairs on my 2013 Lincoln MKX. To summarize the events so far - I initially brought the vehicle in to your shop, at which time you informed me that the driveshaft would need to be replaced and returned the vehicle to me. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the fill plug for the rear differential was missing. Furthermore, the problems I was experiencing with the vehicle prior to the repair work have only worsened. I am now effectively left with a car that is unusable, relegated to being a "driveway ornament" as you so aptly put it. Adding to my dismay, I have since gone to the expense of replacing the rear differential myself, only to continue experiencing these issues. This leads me to believe that the root cause is likely related to the driveshaft replacement you performed, not the differential. The clear evidence of corrosion on the bolts indicates that the driveshaft was not properly removed and replaced as you had claimed. This is unacceptable, and I expect you to make this right. I would like you to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, properly diagnose the issue, and complete the necessary repairs to restore my MKX to full working order. I have been more than patient, and I now require a swift and satisfactory resolution to this problem. Sincerely, Aaron"

"If I could simply not have given any stars I wouldn’t. I tried to return the car after only have it a week. The brakes almost killed me and my family, because there was no caliper pin or bolts in it but hey they had just fixed the brakes. My car won’t start told me it was the battery it wasn’t. I tried to take the car back they told me I couldn’t get my money back and he didn’t buy back cars. I just simply wanted a working car as I have already paid 7,000 for this car. Not mention my hood busted my windshield while I was driving. My car has been sitting in the shop since November to now find out the computer needs to be reprogrammed. I called again today to find out if they could buy the car back this man told me that I waited too long it’s been longer than 30 days as if I didn’t try to give the car back after only 7 days back in November. So I personally would say don’t do it unless you want a headache that you can’t get rid of. Oh I forgot to mention I am now a total 8 grand into the car and I only drove it a few times. Wouldn’t everyone be nice if they are trynna get you to spend your money???"
