"This place is thieves when renting a U-Haul from them. I should have done better of documenting to protect myself from them but it is what is. When I rented a 20 ft truck from this place, it was not ready. The appliance dolly was not even in the truck. The representative didn’t even take the time to review the paper work with me which should of been my first sign. Then when i returned the truck, he’d didn’t want to review it with me because he was having issues that Dec 22, 2018, blew me off because he was waiting on a phone call drone his field manager. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Found out that that guys name is Brian Aker. Shame on me for not protecting myself. But shame on them for not doing their job properly. I don’t understand how 16.2 miles turns in to 54.5. It’s cool. They can keep the 30 dollar overcharge. Karma will come around."
