"Spent 35.00 on a fullservice cash wash. Door jams were filthy after it was supposedly finished, the rims were caked with brake dust. One has to request them to be wiped?! The lady drying the car was nasty and unprofessional because we asked for these items to be wiped down I asked who the manager was and he walked up trying to help her. He defended the employee. Therefore we will NEVER be back."

"Last 2 times I came to this location and paid for the ultimate I was not pleased. Decided to give it one more chance and I think this is the worst service I've received. They didn't clean inside at all except windows. I had to still grab wipes to clean the dash. The barely sprayed the mats (still can see dirt) outside of the vehicle still had the mark from the U to let them know I bought ultimate. I will be taking my business elsewhere."
