"I would recommend this lot to anyone looking to buy a nice car at a great price!! They were very helpful at helping me find the right car for me at a great price with financing, and a great payment plan that fits my income. I'm very thankful for Budget Max and their kind and helpful employees! If you're looking to buy a new vehicle they will have the one for you and your family!!"
"Great service. Very nice sales staff. Didn't seem rushed or pushed towards a certain vehicle. Got a 2009 Dodge Journey for a great price!!"
"They screwed me i only had car a month and a half the transmission went out they told me that they knew the transmission was bad and once I handed them the money it was my problem they refused to fix it they sell lemmon's they go under false names they have two different locations do not buy from these people"
"After 3 weeks of arguing with Budgetmax(in the Western Hills Sports Mall), ive decided to meet with the Attorney Generals office, as the vehicle i bought from them was a sale made due to false information, given by there salesman, John. I was told the sound coming from the engine was due to a sparkplug miss(there are 3 witnesses to this), because he did a diagnosis on it. A week later we found out that the timing chain was bad, and it would cost $3500 to fix. We contacted john, and he said him and Sal would rectify it. Instead, after 4 visits to see him, Sal offered to sell me another vehicle, that had a bad starter, black mold, and water damage under the carpet. It had 5500 miles more than the car i bought, and the interior was in poor shape. The deal was, i return the car i bought for $2400, pay an additional $1700, plus tax and title again. That was way over the worth of the vehicle! I posted about this on here, but john started sending me and my wife messages, threatening to call my boss and have me fired! I spoke to somebody else in the company, and they alerted management to the issue, but i havent even got a call! I waited long enough. I dont go away when ignored, i get pissed! Not everyone with budgetmax is bad, but its obvious at this point that they are only out to make a buck, and willing to bend the rules to do so."
"I drove two cars. The first one sound like the transmission was going to give out. I told them about it. The older sales man was quick to give me a sales pitch of, " been saving this car for someone special." We did buy the second car for it to have a grinding noise coming from the back, three weeks into owning it. I still dont have the title. They still have to get it from wherever they got the car. Buyer beware of fast talking sales men. I spent 7,000.00 on a 2006 Suburu B9. They should pass a law that everyone should get new brakes when you buy used cars. Its just plain wrong. I Paid cash and money orders because they don't take credit cards or Debit. Theres your red flag right there. ( I sure hope that old man can sleep at night. ) The girl that works there is kind and really has no clue how rude the old man is. He got condescending with me, giving a fast sales line. The owner doesn't have a clue of how rude the old man is. I leave them to God & Karma. Before you buy from here, ask for the car facts and ask for good brakes. Pay only in money orders and no cash; leave a paper trail. Somethings wrong with a business who don't have a credit card machine."
