"Rented a van on Saturday and turned it in after they closed. Dropped keys in the box as they instructed. Today I noticed they still had not billed my card and had the $150 hold on it. Tried calling multiple times, no one picked up and call rolled over to national number which told me the store had not registered the truck as returned. I opened a case with the national people, but they said only the store could close it out. Even the national rep and supervisor could not get through to the store, so now I have to drive up there and argue with them about the rental. Luckily, my wife read up about rental places pulling scams like this, so we have time stamped video on our phones of us returning the van and keys on Saturday."
