"I spoke with the owner outside of the Spa last week and she was nice and she seemed professional. She told me to call the number on the door of the Spa to make an appointment, which I did, making an appointment for the following week for a foot massage. I have plantar fasciitis which is painful. This morning I showed up on time for my appointment and found the door locked with the lights off so I gave her a couple of minutes thinking she probably got held up in traffic. After a couple of minutes passed I called the number on the door and she picked up. After I told her that I was there for my appointment she remembered me making my appointment and what for and began apologizing and told me she has another shop down Dixie Highway and to go there and they would take care of me. My time is incredibly important to me and I set aside a full hour the week prior to give this business my time and $$ for some pain relief for my feet. I greatly admire the Oriental approach to healing and medicines and was looking forward to this day for over a week but apparently the business owner did not hold me in the same regard. She did try to call me a couple of times after I told her that I was just going to go back home but I did not pick up. If a business does not honor their commitment to me I have a hard time getting past that so I will not be going back to this establishment."
